📦 POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking 15 experienced, reliable, and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our warehouse operations team in Ontario, Canada.
The successful candidates will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to safely move, load, unload, and organize products within the warehouse.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Move and stack pallets and materials
- Transport products to designated warehouse locations
- Inspect loads and equipment before operation
- Maintain accurate placement and organization of inventory
- Follow warehouse traffic and safety procedures
- Report damaged goods or equipment issues
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Valid forklift certification/training as required by applicable regulations
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work different shifts
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
